how I use this in my daily ritual:
apply 7 - 10 pumps onto dry hands, then onto dry face. Massage into skin for a few minutes to cleanse. With a warm, damp soft washcloth, steam face & gently wipe off oil using a circular, sweeping motion. Finish with your favorite hydrosol mist and/or moisturizer.
*As with changes to a new beauty routine, it may take your skin a week or two to be happy with this new practice. It also takes your skin 27 days to fully regenerate. Some experience an occasional blemish as skin adjusts, but this doesn’t mean oil cleansing won’t work. Give your skin time…and love!
